Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

- A replacement gift box

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom gift boxes
- Items that have been damaged after delivery
