Yes, we offer delivery across New Zealand. If you require urgent or special delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Currently, we only offer delivery within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value that matches the overall theme and quality of your gift box. If the change is significant, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
Yes — simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. We never include pricing or receipts inside the box, so it’s perfect for sending directly as a gift.
Because our gift boxes are prepared with care and often customised, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Yes — you can still qualify for free shipping if your second order brings the total to $250 and your first order has not been shipped yet.
In this case, just get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll happily combine your orders so you can enjoy free delivery.
